GENERAL INFORMATION

Hydraulic pushers have a non-demountable design and to repair are not subject.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start and warm up the engine. To allow it to work before turning on of the fan.
2. Within 2 min. to support rotation frequency about 2500 min.-1.
3. If thus noise in the drive of valves is listened is, so faulty one or several pushers. To define a faulty pusher it is necessary to uncover heads of the block of cylinders and to turn a cranked shaft clockwise so that tops of cams of a camshaft were directed up from the checked hydropusher. To drown a pusher a wooden or plastic wedge and to measure by the indicator a free wheeling of a pusher which until opening of the valve there have to be no more than 0,1 mm. If the free wheeling of a pusher exceeds the specified value, a pusher replace.
