3.1.2.17. Assembly of shatunno-piston group

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To heat the piston 7 (see rice. A cranked shaft and details of shatunno-piston group), having lowered it for 2–3 min. in the water heated to temperature of 50-80 °C.
2. Quickly to insert a rod into the hot piston 7 10 and to press a finger 4. To insert lock rings 8. To watch that an arrow on a head of the piston and inflow on a rod and a cover of a rod were directed to one party.
3. Before installation of new piston rings to measure a gap in the lock of each ring, inserting them into cylinders as it was described above. On piston rings the word of "TORAHS" is engraved, rings need to be established by this word to a piston head. Locks of piston rings to arrange evenly at an angle 120 ° from each other.
4. To establish in rods 10 and covers the 11th inserts of 2 shatunny bearings so that the ledge of an insert entered dredging of a rod or cover.
5. To oil cylinders and pistons engine and to insert pistons into cylinders so that the arrow on a head of the piston was directed to a camshaft drive belt forward.
6. To oil engine inserts and necks of a cranked shaft and to establish a cover 11 on a rod 10 so that number of the cylinder on the lower head of a rod and number on a cover were on the one hand. To insert shatunny bolts, to wrap nuts and to tighten the moment in the two этапа:1st-y stage – 30 N · m (3,0 kgfs · l); – to tighten the 2nd stage further on a quarter of a turn (90 °).
7. To turn a cranked shaft to be convinced of ease of its rotation.
8. Similarly to install other pistons with rods.
9. To check the probe a lateral gap between the lower head of a rod and a cheek of a cranked shaft. It has to be equal 0,37 mm.
10. To install the oil pump, a head of the block and a belt of the drive of a camshaft.
