3.1.2.15. Dismantling of shatunno-piston group

GENERAL INFORMATION

Cranked shaft and details of shatunno-piston group

1 – cranked shaft;
2 – insert of the shatunny bearing;
3 – shatunny bolt;
4 – finger;
5 – oil scraper ring;
6 – compression ring;
7 – piston;
8 – lock ring;
9 – rod head plug;
10 – rod;
11 – cover rod; and
12 – back epiploon of a cranked shaft;
13 – flywheel;
14 – bearing of primary shaft of a transmission
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a head of the block of cylinders (see subitem 1-9 of subsection 3.1.2.1).
2. To take off a camshaft drive belt (see subitem 1-7 of subsection 3.1.2.9).
3. To remove the oil pump (see subitem 1-2 of subsection 3.1.2.14).
4. To check marking on rods and covers. If she is not visible, to mark rods and covers number of the cylinder.
5. To install the piston of the 1st cylinder in the lower dead point (n.m.t.).
6. To turn off nuts of fastening and to uncover the 11th rod (see rice. Cranked shaft and details of shatunno-piston group). As the cover sits densely, to bring down it not in strong blows of a hammer.
7. To take out from a cover an insert 2 bearings, previously having marked it concerning a cover.
8. To push the piston in the cylinder so that the head of the piston left the cylinder, and then to take out the piston together with a rod. It is necessary to take out the piston with a rod carefully not to damage a cylinder mirror.
9. To take out an insert from the lower head of a rod, previously having marked it concerning a rod.
10. Similarly to take out other pistons with rods.
11. To remove lock rings 8 and to vypressovat fingers 4 by means of a mandrel.
12. A stripper of piston rings to remove rings 5 and 6.
